PORT ACCESS ELEVATED HIGHWAY PROJECT – SRI LANKA

The Port Access Elevated Highway (PAEH) Project is one of the projects in ADB’s SASEC pipeline for 2016-2018. The project will construct a 4-lane elevated highway with a length of approximately 5.3 km from New Kelani Bridge to the CBD and the Colombo Port. MGC is undertaking the construction supervision package in Joint Venture with Scheladia Associates, Inc. USA and Roughton International UK.

IMPROVEMENTS OF RURAL ROAD AND SMALL & MEDIUM SCALE IRRIGATION SYSTEMS IN NORTHERN, EASTERN, NORTH CENTRAL AND UVA PROVINCES

Funded by JICA, the Project is launched to rehabilitate and improve small scale essential infrastructure components in four Provinces for the purpose of improving the living standards and livelihoods of the people. This Project includes the components of improvement of rural roads and small & medium scale irrigation systems in Northern, Eastern, North Central and Uva provinces. MGC is the lead consultant for the design and construction supervision package of the said project.

SECOND INTEGRATED ROAD INVESTMENT PROGRAM – NORTHERN PROVINCE (PIC 04)

Second Integrated Road Investment Program is funded by ADB with an objective of improving the accessibility of the road network in Sri Lanka’s rural areas, and thereby increase the involvement of the rural population in nationwide economic and social development. Of the 3,650km of roads under this second investment programme approximately 1050km of national, provincial and rural roads are planned to be rehabilitated and developed to all-weather standard in the Northern Province. MGC is the lead consultant for the construction supervision package of the said project.
